Sip on signature libations inspired by the spirit of Otter Trail, blending local flavors with global flair

Appletini - 16

Per Se Vodka, Esquimalt Dry Vermouth, shaken on ice with apple juice, with light undertones of fresh parsley & lemon. Strained into a chilled coupe glass, a thin, green apple slice for garnish.

Elderflower White Wine Spritz - 17

Arbutus Elderflower liqueur on ice, freshly squeezed lemon, white wine, a splash of pear juice, sparkling mineral water. Citrus bitters added to make for a refreshing white wine spritz.

Grapefruit Cocktail - 15

Cucumber & mint leaves muddled with fresh lime, simple syrup, gin, grapefruit juice, a splash of soda, and a sugar rim.

Absinthe Mojito - 14

Mint leaves muddled with fresh lime & sugar. Baba Yaga Absinthe, topped with ice and sparkling water for a reviving twist to the mojito.

Lavender Gin Sour - 17

Seaside Gin, Arbutus Elderflower Liqueur, Arbutus Crème de lavende, fresh squeeze of lemon, simple syrup, egg white. Served in a coupe glass.

Smoked Rosemary Sour 17

Rosemary sprigs smoked under a chilled glass, with gin, amaro, a splash of vermouth, sugar, freshly squeezed lime, pineapple juice, egg white. Served in a rocks glass.

Guava Martini - 16

Per Se Vodka, Esquimalt Vermouth, guava juice, fresh lime & some sugar for sweetness, garnished with fresh basil.

Spiced Honey Whisky Lemonade - 18

Whisky, Krupnik Spiced Honey Liqueur, amaro, fresh lemon, bitters. Garnished with a slice of lemon, flamed sugar and dark a cherry.
