Yoga, Brunch & Sound Journey
Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating morning at the beautiful Otter Trail Winery in Langley. This unique wellness experience is designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.
Start with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow in a serene outdoor garden setting, followed by an optional brunch at the winery. Then settle in for a deeply restorative sound journey—featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and ocean drums—that will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged.
